Anhydrite: A filler that can withstand humidity
Finely ground and dressed natural anhydrite is a waterless sulphate. It is often formed as an evaporation product from sea water subject to progressive concentration of the salt water solution. Anhydrite makes up the sturdy solid base of gypsum deposits and can be mined separately.
